New Baroque Works

Okay, so you have probably devised from the title that I am planning to form a 'crew' of sorts, which is basically going to be made up of bounty hunters, neutral characters and pirates, basically the same as the canon Baroque works, but with players as members. So I was wondering if this would be allowed, or if anyone has already done it. Thank you for your time~
