The Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Bat is a Zoan-class Devil Fruit that allows the user to transform into a Bat or bat-human hybrid at will. This is also noted as one of the five known Devil Fruits that allows the power of flight. This fruit like other Tori Tori Models allows the user to fly at high speeds as well as having claws and talons. Among the Birds the bat has by far the greatest agility though is slower in speed when compared to other models. This model also allows the user to see in Echo Vision, allowing them to see everything they know around them, which would allow the user to fight even if they could not see.

there is already yami yami no mi, the darkness fruit, this one does not seem to have limitations and i cant understand what this power can do

no tweaking , you follow what the ability wants, especially the canon fruits. If its a created fruit then maybe tweaking around is ok, but you got to list it down here for approval

A Small note: Tori means bird and bats are not birds xD. They belong to the same family that mouses belong .
