Appearance: Jiper is a man who is wearing a gray suit. He is also wearing black boots. He has a high position in the marine rankings and he is the only one to be seen with a marine coat that its right part is black and its left part is white. His hair are half black and half gray , while they were completely black when he was younger. His face is what gave him the nickname "Two-Faces". Jiper has a tendacy of scratching his face and since he got the long nails due to his devil fruit , he is damaging the part of the face he is scratching , the right one for example. While the right part is recovering from the wounds , Jiper scratches the left part of the face. When the left part is completely damaged the right one is cured and so Jiper begins scratching the right one again , and then the left one etc. , causing him to have one part of his face damaged and the other part undamaged. Despite having a damaged face though , women claim that he is still handsome.

History: Since the age of three , when he was able to understand what was going on around him , he was sick of his home and wanted to leave. When he was eight years old , a marine unit had come to Gray Terminal and Jiper sneaked into them and later in the ship , only to be caught by its captain. He explained that he did not want to live there and so he had to find a way to leave from there. The captain of the Marine Unit was angry with Jiper and he sailed back to Gray Terminal...However , the ship was attacked by a bunch of pirates. Jiper was scared and he could not even move a single part of his body. The pirates seemed to had a disadvantage and knew they would lose , as the captain seemed to be strong. One of them , who looked at Jiper shot him to kill him...but the captain jumped in front of Jiper and was killed instead of him. The young boy fell to his knees and he began crying. The Marines were angered with their captain's death and they battled the pirates with all their strength to catch them , something they did. However , Jiper's wound in his heart for being responsible for the captain's death could not be healed. One of the Marines said to Jiper " Captain was a good man... It seems like he found something in you that picked his interest... The Marines lost a brave soldier , however , they have found another one... You can train and become the strongest Marine if you want to , for the sake of the captain!". Jiper stopped crying. The marine's words had reached his heart and he was determined to get the strongest no matter what. He entered the Marine Force and at the age of 18 he was a strong marine that many pirates were afraid of. During the years since he joined the force , he had already started training the Rokushiki techniques and he was a strong man at the age of 18. But , that was not the end... Jiper was endlessly training. He wanted to become so strong that nobody could defeat him. He read many books about the Devil Fruits and he decided which one he would eat. There was a fruit that suited perfectly with his Rokushiki abilities... The Kama-Kama no Mi. After searching until the age of 28 , he found the fruit and quickly ate it. A new road opened to him to get higher in the ranks of Marines now , as his accomplishments were something unique and now he is a formidable enemy that only a few people are able to deal with.
Enies Lobby War: As the execution of yonkou Seshomaru would take place soon enough at Enies Lobby , Vice-Admiral Jiper was commanded to be there and he was one of the first people that arrived. After watching at the battles from the tower of justice , he soon entered the battle and began fighting with the second division commander of the Anubis Pirates , Ryan. During the battle , Jiper demonstrated his powers by evading most of Ryan's attacks and striking with his Whirlwind attacks. After a fierce battle and with the help of Gael , he managed to defeat the commander , but left him alive for a reason that even himself did not know. In the end , he was wondering why he left him alive.

Personality: Jiper has a great sense of justice and he wants to protect the innocent people. His personality depends on the part of his face that is damaged. Whenever the right part of the face is damaged he gets angry easily and wants to break things. Whenever his left part of the face is damaged , he is calm and is as quiet as possible. No matter which part of his face is damaged , though , he will still try and protect the innocent people and the other marines , in his own way. He likes mathematics and so , many of his attacks have names that come from mathematics.

Ship Flag: The ship's flag looks like a jolly roger , however , the skull has two faces with the right one being that damaged one. The reason for this is that when Jiper firstly damaged his face , it was at the right part.

Devil Fruit: Kama-Kama no Mi

effect: The Kama Kama no Mi is a Devil Fruit that gives the user two-inch long claws and the ability to attack with blades of air.The main strength of this fruit is that it lengthens the nails of the user of two inches, which are capable of slicing through the air itself, creating razor-sharp vacuum blades that can slice through the targets from a distance, thus allowing long range attacks. Special Abilities: Jiper seems to have an increndible vision. No matter where he is he can see things like if it was a morning with a clear sky. He can also hear very well.

Techniques:1)Tekkai: Jiper is able to use Tekkai to defend himself from all the kinds of attacks. He seems to possess a mastery of that ability.
2) Shigan: Jiper is able to pierce through the human body without having to use a gun. His fingers are enough. Due to his long nails that his Devil Fruit granted him , he is also able to use Shigan in the air and create an extremely fast bullet , made of air , that can pierce through the human body easily from afar. He has mastered this ability.
3) Soru: Jiper is able to use Soru , as well. People have claimed that he has mastered Soru to such high levels that what they believed to be mastery for it , was nothing at all. He is a lot faster than any of the other Rokushiki users. He has a mastery of the ability that nobody ever had before.
4) Geppou: Jiper can use Geppou , of course. With the combination of his great Soru , he is able to reach the high points of the sky that no Rokushiki user managed to reach before. However , he cannot reach the highest point of the sky.
5) Rankyaku: By kicking the air , he is able to create air blades , similar to those of his Devil Fruit ability. These deadly blades are able to cut even steel. The ground can also be cut so that Jiper will attack from underground.Jiper has a mastery of Rankyaku.
6) Whirlwind: Due to his Devil Fruit ability , Jiper is able to launch air blades from his fingers as well. The air blades are as strong as the ones of Rankyaku.
7) Whirlwind 90 Degrees: Jiper launches two whirlwinds from his fingers that are connected in a way that they form 90 degrees.
7) Whirlwind Triangle: Jiper launches three whirlwinds from his fingers that are connected in a way that they form a triangle.
9) Whirlwind Square: Jiper launches four whirlwinds from his fingers that are connected in a way that they form a square.
10) Whirlwind Circle: Jiper launches twenty whirlwinds at the same time that are connected in a way that they form a circle.
11) Whirlwind Line: Jiper moves his fingers forward , launching Whirlwind attacks from it that look like a beam. The beam is increndibly fast and can pierce through a lot of things including steel The human body is easily pierced except if the user has a Devil Fruit ability that helps him prevent it. It is notable that because of his Soru , his hand can be barely seen while he is moving to perform the attack.
12) Whirlaku: Jiper spins around and he launches infinite Rankyaku and Whirlwind to attack his enemies. Jiper can use Geppou at the mean time so that he can hit anyone who tries to escape in the sky.
13) Rankyaku Burst: Jiper uses Rankyaku with the bones of his legs , powering them up with the abilities of Rankyaku. After that , his kicks are able to pierce through human body with ease , as they have the same abilities as a Rankyaku. The technique is so strong that it slowly pierces the place where Jiper has his feet on. If Jiper uses Rankyaku after this , the air blades are far stronger and faster than they normally are.
14) Whirlwind Charge: Jiper moves his fingers rapidly creating small Whirlwinds on his hand. Eventually , the whirlwinds take the shape of a sphere and begin glowing. After that , the punches of Jiper are able to pierce through human body , just like his whirlwinds , with more ease. If Jiper launches any Whirlwind techniques after this , they are a lot stronger and faster than they normally are.

This fruit is a filler fruit right? I always like a good vice admiral character,

Um....geppou to the highest point of the sky and there's little to kick off of (by that I mean not alot of air) but that seems not as bad as a whirlwind beam that can pierce through ANYTHING.....just change that and you're set.
