about dead devil fruit users

I was just wondering; if a posted character who had a devil fruit (like say, the wax wax fruit) died, would that fruit be up for grabs again or would it just not be accessible full stop?

To answer your question, since no one has so far:
All Devil Fruits [approved or canon] are available regardless of another individual using said fruit. That has been the way on this site since I came here.
It may go a bit against the actual One Piece DF policy [as I've heard of it] of one devil fruit for the whole world, but it lessens the amount of "First come, First serve" sort of thing that severs creativity strings.

so even if 5 people on the site take a fruit as a character's ability, one could also apply that fruit for use tp their own character?
