Effect: Allows the user to create bones from his own body to manipulate his or others' bone structures as he wishes (similar to Mr. 3 and his wax powers). This can vary from thickening the bone to making them protrude from the body. This is of course extremely painful. Also, to manipulate the bones of others the user must touch the users.
